Who we are and what we do

After our first vacation in Javéa we fell in love with this village and its surroundings. The every changing coastline, the many bays where the water is still clean, the Boulevard El Arenal and its beautiful beach and many restaurants, the harbour where each evening the fishing boats arrive, the old town centre where you can practically breathe the culture and of course the inland and its beautiful vineyards and variety of orange-, lemon- and olive-groves are just a few things to name. Ever since 2000, as a family, we have rented villas in Javéa and were frequently disappointed by the so called luxury that was supposedly being offered. The ratio between pricing and quality was often far out of balance and generally the term “service” did not exist in the landlord’s vocabulary. 

We felt that surely this could be done differently. 



What we can do for you 

On this site you will only find villas that have been personally selected and approved by us. We leave nothing to chance and therefore also provide you with a 360º virtual tour of each property, allowing you to get a real sense of each villa. Utilizing your mouse or the arrow keys on your keyboard, you can navigate from left to right and up and down, to take a thorough look at every detail of the villa. You can also zoom in on each area, seeing every little detail, allowing you to make a proper assessment whether the villa truly meets your requirements. 

Upon your arrival, our hostess will meet and greet you on location. She will ensure that your fridge is stocked and the beds have been made up. The linen is changed once per week, however this can be done more frequently at an extra charge. In case of questions or concerns, you can reach our hostess any day by phone.
